报告摘要
benefitted from reduced cost and the overall size, hyperspectral imaging (hsi) has been an increasingly important topic in the last decade. in this topic, the concepts of will be introduced, in comparison to and linked with conventional rgb colour images. related challenges are discussed in detail, along with the associated techniques and interesting topics for further exploration. several key application based case studies are also presented in food/drink/ forensics/ manufacturing and remote sensing earth observation. in addition, a brief introduction to the university of strathclyde and glasgow will also be given to facilitate future collaborations.
